      Pros

      Most of what I like about the company can be boiled down to having options and the support to advance and grow within my career. I have the opportunity to get training in any aspect of the business if I want to. It is also a very social team, which I like. -Ability to grow within the company -Team based culture -Social environment -growth opportunities -hands on management -representation of a reputable brand -focus on quality and integrity

      Cons

      Taking the next steps within the company, learning new responsibilities can be difficult and frustrating sometimes. Generally this is something that I handle well, but it can be additionally so when managing others that are learning. Being put outside of comfort zones is important, but it can be very challenging when someone is put into new responsibilities and learning. Covid can be challenging due to more time spent on zoom calls, but I also understand that there really isn't much to do about it.

      You really summed up a lot of the things we love most about working with Codis Group! The fun, supportive team, the training and advancement opportunities, focus on integrity - This why we do what we do! We also understand that Covid has presented some unforeseen challenges, and we are working hard to keep things moving for the team. We also can't wait to get back to the social environment of our office, but in the meantime, we will continue to do everything in our power to provide all the tools to succeed!

      Pros

      I have grown so much professionally from working with Codis Group! I was initially nervous about starting a career with any sales involved, but I quickly realized this was a different type of opportunity, not just an average "sales rep" job. The clients I work with are reputable and impressive. While part of my job is working with customers in an inside store environment, the rest of my time is spent in the office learning management skills to grow my career. My focus in particular is recruiting and human resources. I love that the company offers mentorship and training into all different areas of business and the practical knowledge has really given me great insight into how great businesses are run.

      Cons

      If you don't work well in a team environment, this probably isn't the place for you. It was an adjustment for me to work more collaboratively, but after some time, I can see it's benefiting my leadership influence and relationships with co-workers.
