First, thanks for taking the time to provide feedback. We really try to make this a great place to work and a good environment for our team members. So happy to hear that you appreciated the good benefits package we put together and the great team members who work here. We are really proud of our team, and the loyalty they show. We have relatively low turnover rates, and many employees have been with the firm of over twenty years - some for over thirty. We have a great HR Department that reviews industry wage data and consults with firm management to ensure fair salaries based on prevailing market conditions, team member experience, and required job qualifications. Many of our employees also enjoy the opportunity for socializing during pizza parties or frim luncheons and other firm sponsors events. We certainly are sorry if you didn't. We try to make everyone feel included, but do not fault people who don't wish to participate. It's unfortunate if you felt a lot of pressure while working here, but we don't apologize for expecting a lot from our team members. We have always been committed to providing the best possibly service to our clients, and that commitment to excellence will always be a core value for us.
