Pros

Seamless interview process and onboarding - my interview process took about a week and the offer was delivered promptly. I received my equipment and access to all tools prior to day 1, so was up and running very quickly. Collaborative - all employees within Coder (including upper management) is always willing to help, even if it's outside of their job description. Everyone is highly motivated to help the company succeed, so you won't hear anyone say "that's not my job". Culture - you'll feel like you're part of a family at Coder. Everyone is very friendly, and the company organizes fun events to keep employees engaged.

Cons

Same as any other smaller company/startup- some processes aren't as efficient as they could be. However, people are always open to suggestions on how to improve!

Pros

Managers and C-Levels genuinely care about you as a human, and the company is still small enough that everyone knows almost everyone by name, while being big enough to contain a wealth of knowledge and experience. Questions are encouraged, transparency is high, and debates are met with genuine curiosity on what's best for the company, and not best for someone's ego. Everyone is eager to help out and genuinely kind.

Cons

Things change quickly, like at most start ups. The goals you were given yesterday will probably change by the next quarter, but everyone is aware that we're climbing a mountain and not sprinting. There's hustle, but with a healthy work life balance.

Pros

Coder is a great place to work with a strong product that solves real problems for developers and enterprises. The team is talented, collaborative, and supportive, and leadership is focused on building something meaningful. The company is growing quickly, which creates lots of opportunities to learn, take ownership, and have an impact. The remote-friendly culture and engineering focus make it a great environment for people who enjoy building and improving technology.

Cons

Because the company is growing quickly, processes and internal structure are still evolving. That can sometimes lead to changing priorities or ambiguity around roles and workflows. As the company scales, continuing to improve documentation and cross-team communication will help maintain efficiency.
