My interview process with Coder was one of the best I’ve experienced. From the very first conversation with the recruiter, communication was clear, expectations were well defined, and scheduling was seamless.
Each person from the team I spoke with was knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely passionate about their work. The process felt thoughtful and respectful of my time, and I left each step more impressed by the team and the culture.
Coder truly feels like a dream company with a dream team. I hope to see more roles open up in the future because I’d love another opportunity to throw my hat in the ring!

Interview
Had a 30-min interview with the hiring manager, where I was asked to talk about a recent project. During the meeting, the hiring manager explained the engineering's organisation, when a joke was told that engineers with accents are placed in a specific team. It was weird, and unprofessional, especially that I have an accent myself. A huge red flag for a hiring manager.
