Pros
Nice people. Interesting customers and area of work, with a nice office and remote work possibilities. I believe management tries to do good. If you can wear many hats you can have a good time there.
Cons
Management don't really know what they're doing. Running around, screwing up budgets, forgetting goals, forgetting deals, forgetting projects, forgetting customers, meetings etc. They don't seem to prioritize and they refuse to plan or implement even any kind of agile planning even though they love to say they do, so a bit confusing.
