Pros
Still has some startup vibes, even having been active for more than 20 years. Great culture and values, management does not have large corporate experience, but treats the employees fairly and promotes cultural variety within teams, as well as care about the well-being and happiness of the employees. Pay for company trips to Umeå and summer/Christmas gatherings twice a year.
Cons
Nothing. Only problem might be that they don't have an office in Stockholm.
