Pros

Learn how not to run a company You’ll finally understand why people just quit without backup A free Netflix show everyday starring the CEO as the lead villain. Teaches you to trust your gut especially when it screams “RUN”

Cons

Constant fear of being fired due to performance issue (reality is they can't afford you). Management runs on ego, paranoia, and insecurity. No boundaries, no balance, no respect. Morale is dead, culture is fake, and the people who smile are just better at hiding trauma. Burnout isn’t a risk here it’s a guarantee. You leave this place broken, not better.
