      Pros

      Sometimes flexible work schedules are in name only and there is not any real time to take for yourself. Not here, they encourage true work life balance and make sure there is not any pressure to check-in when OOO.

      Cons

      With this flexibility and such a small team there can be some challenges in getting answers.

      Do your job and no worries. They are happy to give you extra hours and you can take out whenever you need to.
