Pros

Working with some very talented and passionate people.

Cons

If you're thinking about working for this company, think again. From management to executives, there is no trust given to any level of their employees. You will be micromanaged. You will be told everything is fine when you've expressed being over overworked. You will most likely spend every second thinking you are going to be fired. You will be overworked, under-appreciated, and most certainly not valued. It's their way or nothing so don't you dare ask a question or for clarity in any situation because you won't receive it. You will absolutely not be seen as a human being. Far from it actually. Starting with their benefits (if you can even call them that). There is barely anything positive. As a new hire you are not allowed to take vacation for your first three months of employment and vacation days are based on your seniority at the company - which starts at 15 days off (this includes sick days). Yet unlimited vacation remains for upper management - that right there should honestly tell you everything. They do not and never will value you or your time. I could go on and on but I will spare you. Also, as most people have mentioned in other reviews, if you think your hard work will pay off at review time, it won't. Reviews are a joke. If they even happen it will be months late and false promises will be thrown at you. Needless to say it's an incredibly toxic work environment that offers no feedback or growth opportunities. I don't recommend wasting your valuable time here. Believe every bad review you read - you can do far better.

Pros

Consistent workload, interesting projects, direct team was great and I enjoyed our rapport. Got great experience with big brands.

Cons

Senior management literally had group chats to talk about which employees they hated, and would laugh about firing people. Would get screamed at over text or phone if one of us tried to leave at a normal time, even if directly told we were able to leave at the end of the workday. "Flexible unlimited pto" but shamed for taking it, often penalized. Overtime was expected and not well compensated, they would rarely sometimes offer to buy us takeout but very rarely.
