An extremely controlling environment, at alarming levels. Don’t believe for a second that they are a kind community, because it’s only an appearance. They are very skilled at passive-aggressive communication, disrespect, and threats disguised as simple comments. Salaries are usually very low. They will not respect your private life, your health, or your weekends, vacations, or time off. Don’t expect anything good, not even for the Christmas dinner. Nepotism, burnout, and unfair competition will be part of your everyday life. The daily control through Discord is very real, you can even be reprimanded for using the restroom.
