First 2 months are good

Company is not ready for remote work. Instead of “remote” workers, they have this term called “work from anywhere” worker. Which is basically saying you can work from you home but we are going to micromanage you so that we know you are working you 8 hrs daily and we are not going to trust you. You have to be in a discord channel all day so that they are sure you are “working”. They say this is for a better communication but lets be real, they are not ready for remote work.

- You can learn a lot - International clients - Good salary in comparison with local payments

Cons

- Not a stable job, clients come and go and cause an unstable company - You can be laid off without a good reason and through unethical processes - Nepotism is quite abundant - You are on the line all the time - You have to do extra hours and are not paid

Food at the meetings was good.

Cons

Burnout everywhere. Nepotism is abundant. People were forced to go to the offices during the pandemic even after some employees had tested positive.
