Pros

There are very few companies in Springfield so this is a paycheck. The best part is training with Ed Jones who is a recognized industry leader in water mitigation and is a certified IICRC trainer.

Cons

Whenever they get busy, they go to mandatory 10 hour work days and people were forced to work 60-65 hour weeks, 6 day weeks from the beginning of January to late February 2014. They turn down nothing and they demand their employees make up for their lack of an answer on how to deal with too much volume. If you only work 5 days during the mandatory 6 day work week because you have to stay home with your sick child, you only get 32% of your pay for that week. Also - incentive pay is not distributed fairly with some employees who worked 80-100 hours of overtime in January receiving $0.00 incentive pay for the entire month so their hourly wages were less than the actual minimum wage allowed by state and federal law. The company contributes no money towards health insurance. They are making a lot of money and employees have unbelievable stress and horrible work-life balance.
