Great salary, they work really fast, always have job offers and contracts. contracts in different aspects of your job so it changes up the routine.

Cons

no bonuses, can’t really call off last minute.

Pros

Code blue taught me everything I needed to know about water mitigation and I received my IICRC certification. Steady work was never an issue.

Cons

They take the idea that salary is slavery to a whole new level. Constant improvements without compensation is demanded to be normal. Their turnover rate is staggering.
