Pros
The company has a lot of great growth potential and places an emphasis on promoting from within. There are several new clients that have expressed interest in our products and I expect new advancement opportunities to come along with them.
Cons
Mid-level and Senior management can seem disjointed and are frequently not on the same page. At times it can seem all levels of leadership are overloaded, resulting in an inability for them to properly support their teams.
