Pros
Good location, mostly great co-workers. Affords me the opportunity to pay the bills kind of on time.
Cons
Little to no sales support makes it hard to acquire new customers and sell new products to existing customers. The Cobham integration has not been a positive experience. Two rounds of layoffs with no reduction in overall work load. The remaining employees are supposed to pick up the slack, which makes it pretty impossible to actually get anything done. The team environment is gone.
