Staff exhausted from impossible expectations - Administrative Assistant Coalition For Responsible Community Development Employee Review

CRCD is a truly community and mission community development organization that has made tangible impact for the South Los Angeles community.

Constant growth means constant change but comes with the teritory.

The only pro is that they have multiple appreciation staff days aka free food. And the benefits are good.

You’re supposed to get mile reimbursements every month but I and other coworkers have yet to recive our money. Also we have been paid a day after pay day. Luckily I live with family so they were understanding. Managers and assistant directors target you if you don’t kiss up to them. They are also really rude. Ive never worked with such rude and dismissive people in all my life of working. Ridiculous behavior from them. As an employee there is NO security you will be moved around the whole company from location to location. Because their financial team is not organized checks being sent out to landlords are never on time and that cause a lot of trouble between the landlord expecting their money on time and the worker. Over all I would NOT recommend people working here their values are truly all about seeing the clients as numbers instead of giving them real support. Truly disappointed in this organization.
