Pros

Ms. Ruth’s vision was amazing, to serve those in need in South Los Angeles. The employees are great as everyone trauma bonds here as a result of the toxic leadership.

Cons

Executives, directors, and assistant directors are incompetent and steal funds. They favor themselves and all receive bonuses to the tune of thousands every year which none of them deserve. The CFO gives himself a 15k bonus alone and his department has a turnover rate of at least 85%. These people are crooked liars and thieves. They do not care about the mission of the company or the participants in any of their programs. They only care about getting grant money so they can steal it. Finance executives are a joke and so is HR. Any good reviews on here are from the people giving themselves or getting bonuses which are absolutely unwarranted and only based on nepotism and favoritism. If you don’t support their crooked schemes and stealing grant funds then you will be bullied, demeaned, harassed, gaslighted, and scapegoated. The CEO, CFO, and DOF are taking American taxpayer dollars to build their own empire in Africa. They are outsourcing the jobs for American citizens to Indians in India who do terrible work. This company looks to hire those who will keep their mouth shut and look the other way while the executives steal the grant money and distribute it to family and friends.

Pros

No pros, managers are a nightmare to work with because they do not have ANY leadership skills and communication skills. I think that if you start off in a program manager or a supervisor it may not be all bad because you will be a part of them and maybe change the ecosystem they have.

Cons

Everything is a con. This company is a major red flag, Even when you lock in and try your hardest management will gaslight you. save yourself a headache and find some where else to go. It is not worth it.
