Pros

A service that has the possibility of helping individuals to get better in their day-to-day work

Cons

Chaotic and toxic sales management, CEO that doesn’t seem to recognise that he once hired the wrong managers and refused to let them go, instead almost all of the employees that have been there for years and we were very successful left the company. This is definitely a place that you don’t wanna be working at. Also, it seems that lately churns have risen a lot and the economic situation probably isn’t the best.

Pros

CoachHub gave a ton of autonomy and fully remote work. They threw real responsibility at you right away, so you learned way more and built stronger skills than at most other places.

Cons

Leadership was unstable with constant manager changes. Only one performance review in three years and it ignored major contributions. Felt disconnected from team and recognition went mostly to sales.
