Pros

In the early years, the culture was strong, values were clear, and leadership truly cared. Hired some of the brightest, most passionate, and talented people I’ve had the pleasure of working with. The original team members are still incredibly supportive and collaborative

Cons

The company has shifted focus away from its people and values in pursuit of IPO. Many of the best leaders have been pushed out; those remaining often lack the ability or willingness to support their teams. Little to no meaningful HR support, leaving employees without proper channels for concerns. Recent hiring decisions prioritize cost savings over skills and experience, impacting team quality and morale. CSMs are now extremely overworked as leadership continues to reduce resources in an effort to appear lean and investor-friendly. The culture that once made this company special has been largely abandoned.

Pros

CoachHub gave a ton of autonomy and fully remote work. They threw real responsibility at you right away, so you learned way more and built stronger skills than at most other places.

Cons

Leadership was unstable with constant manager changes. Only one performance review in three years and it ignored major contributions. Felt disconnected from team and recognition went mostly to sales.
