      Very friendly and collaborative culture. Smart people looking ahead. A lot of transparency. Teams from varied backgrounds who are generous in sharing their knowledge.

      Cons

      Have not come across any yet. Fast growing global start up so there are always going to be things that come up that have not been encountered before.

      Pros

      CoachHub gave a ton of autonomy and fully remote work. They threw real responsibility at you right away, so you learned way more and built stronger skills than at most other places.

      Cons

      Leadership was unstable with constant manager changes. Only one performance review in three years and it ignored major contributions. Felt disconnected from team and recognition went mostly to sales.
