Pros

Not much besides all the talented people who got tricked into the Founder's story telling.

Cons

Incompetent and unaware Founder & CEO and a hubris CFO and Head of Legal. That's all you need to know why the company is not evolving and maturing.

Pros

CoachHub gave a ton of autonomy and fully remote work. They threw real responsibility at you right away, so you learned way more and built stronger skills than at most other places.

Cons

Leadership was unstable with constant manager changes. Only one performance review in three years and it ignored major contributions. Felt disconnected from team and recognition went mostly to sales.
