Pros
Just walking in on my first day, I knew I had found my new home! Everything was all set ready to go and the induction and training was thorough and left no stone unturned. Never felt so prepared to hit the phones! The whole team are inclusive and everyone is supportive, celebrating even the small wins as a team. I've had end of month/quarter drinks at other agencies, but at Bloc they have a different vibe with everyone genuinely enjoying spending time together away from the office. Lunch club is a really fun way to push us all along to hit (even smash!) our targets. And I am loving the "summer fridays" thing with an early clock off to enjoy some vitamin D! The directors are really approachable and they truely understand the issues facing the consultants.
