The worst company to work at - Systems Developer Co-operators Employee Review

I was let go because I complained about my Mental Wellness to my Manager due to the racism and micromanagement I was facing. When I tried to report it, my Manager told me it won't look good on her profile, lol. So, I told her I am leaving and she shut me down for last 2 weeks, had IT lock down my laptop on same day I told her, lol. That treatment I felt was very disgusting . For all 3 years I worked there, all the hard work, all the unpaid overtime I put in while staying away from my family, I didn't deserve this treatment. My manager name starts with an S. If she is reading this, she definitely would know. The company is full of racism. If you are wh***, you are guaranteed to progress but if you are people from A*** descent, be ready to work like a slave and be on the clock for low pay and no mental piece The environment is full of Politics and micro management. If you want to talk about providing feedback to higher ups, you are shut down and told not to speak again. I once asked a question to my Manager's manager and I my Manager was so angry that I did that and told me that I should never do that again. I was bullied to work extra hours. I put in lots of extra hours without payment for them for what I was told was being a good team sport.
