Pros
Our manager was very nice and she was there to listen and help if we had problems with the other staff members or managers. The system works pretty well. The customers are usually come in knowing Club and wanting to shop club. We get to work with some great products. Great discount! Not too much pressure (well not when you have high numbers at least)
Cons
No commission. Even 2% would almost double a pay. There could be some snob or unfriendly people on staff. But that liKe anywhere else.
