Pros

Commission only W2 position, Spent hours in the showroom to get walk ins then the rest of the crew started too as well.

Cons

Lots of turnover among reps and sales managers Its ownerships way or the highway Company started give me some of the worst leads I had seen in 3 years with them. Sending to someone who wants to buy more rods? Project after Project that we just couldn't do, and its my fault? 50k a year job at most if you are getting leads from them. Sourcing your own? No real bump in pay structure to compensate you.

Appreciate the review and the three plus years of service to the company. The points raised regarding lead variety and the compensation structure for self-sourced business are noted. Closet Factory strives to provide an environment where hard work translates into success, and hearing where this balance was not met is important for our growth. Thank you for the contributions made during your time here. Best of luck with the next chapter.

Appreciate the positive feedback regarding the Jacksonville location. It is wonderful to know that the flexible schedule and team atmosphere are meeting expectations. Providing a space where designers can grow professionally is a priority for the company. While the commission structure is a standard part of the industry, we are pleased that the overall experience has been so rewarding. Thank you for the hard work and dedication.

Pros

Great company, best product! However, the owner that took over around 2019 really changed the culture. Didn’t really want unity (which we already had) and didn’t like that we tried to foster it. Made someone a sales leader who really shouldn’t have been, and designers really don’t like either of them. Office staff is wonderful, and install team is great.

Cons

I wouldn’t say this is a con- however; Not enough training. If you’re good with staying in your own lane, staying hungry to learn, then you’ll be fine. It can be a really lucrative business if you want it to be- but it definitely isn’t “easy”.
