Clinical Support Options Response
5y
One hundred percent of the clientele served by nonprofit community behavioral health agency Clinical and Support Options fall at or below the poverty line. CSO is truly working “the front lines” of those in need within Western and Central Massachusetts. Our staff make a direct difference in the lives of those they serve. CSO values employee satisfaction and is proud of its track record for internal promotion and professional development opportunities. CSO does invest heavily in generous benefits, staff morale, training and education, and more. Over 60% of the large CSO management team is the direct result of internal promotion, and we dedicate more than 500 hours per year to free internal quality trainings. Morever, CSO works closely with longstanding advocacy groups, like the Association for Behavioral Healthcare (ABH), to effect change in the area of public policy, financing, preferred clinical models, and quality assurance issues. These efforts work toward a reduction in disparate compensation among physical and behavioral health care providers.
