Pros

Flexible Hours nice guests and coworkers you are able to move up. They don't micromanage you there is downtime and busy times

Cons

No breaks, no shift differentials for relief staff, NO benefits for relief staff - no vacation or personal time nothing. No holiday pay for relief staff.

Cons

Management is untrained and engage in punitive power dynamics because there is little (any?) accountability from above. Senior staff gossip about and sensationalize clients.
