Clinical and Support Options is a nonprofit behavioral health agency providing care to low-income individuals and families throughout Western and Central Mass. Our staff is dedicated to making a difference in the community and assuring those without means nevertheless receive the best care available. CSO invests in generous benefits, staff morale activities, flexible schedules and more — because without our valued staff, low-income individuals and families would not have access to care. In adddition, CSO works closely with longstanding advocacy groups, like the Association for Behavioral Healthcare (ABH), to effect change in the area of public policy, financing, preferred clinical models, and quality assurance issues.

Great flexibility, nice coworkers, higher ups are great people as well. Lots of on the job perks

Regular client situations that can be difficult to manage or deal with, at no fault of anyone else.

Pros

Flexible Hours nice guests and coworkers you are able to move up. They don't micromanage you there is downtime and busy times

Cons

No breaks, no shift differentials for relief staff, NO benefits for relief staff - no vacation or personal time nothing. No holiday pay for relief staff.
