Fast paced environment leading to lots of learning experiences. My manager encourages a great work life balance. Great Benefits include increased PTO as you hit your 5 and 10 year milestones Other benefits include cyber security monitoring for you and your family, pet insurance, several others and they also try to add a new benefit every quarter Health insurance is really affordable (until the Democrats get elected and mess everything up) Different recognition programs(peer-to-peer, within quarterly meetings) where those recognized get gift cards. Executive team is always willing to listen and take suggestions. Location right in the middle of the Valley is very convenient. Most employees are more then willing to help if you need assistance
Cons
With the fast paced and changing environment it also generates its own set of problems. There is a lack of communication between departments at certain times. The current building is pretty cramped but I know things are being worked on to remedy this.
