It is a con company . They have recently changed their name from Matrix to Clifyx . Reason that they don’t disclose because it’s definitely done on being caught of unethical practices. Their training to sales people includes them Of saying, not to disclose company name to potential client. How would one sell Besides they themselves don’t follow protocols. Their hiring process is pathetic They will not discuss anything during interviews They give their offer letter after 5 days of joining. After 10days of joining they will force you to sign a indemnity bond and employee agreement which will trap you. Not at all a professional environment. They have recently hired female employees only to showcase a diversified culture. But this only to fool clients . Please be sure before spoiling a professional career here. Their plan is to trap that’s all. They don’t provide you a work laptop and ask to install a tracking app on your personal laptop. How much of privacy can a employer invade. They have no money to invest in laptops and PCs to give their employees. They don’t even have money to pay employees for their contribution to work
