Pros
- Remote setting. - Lots of opportunities to climb the ladder. - Great support from your teammates, SMEs, and Managers. - Good effort to make interesting office perks (e.g., points that can be converted to digital funds) - Subpar healthcare coverage - Unlimited PTO - Company-provided laptop
Cons
- Layoffs. My manager called me during my PTO, who said it was urgent only to find out I was being laid off. - Walking on eggshells. You have to be constantly mindful of your words or actions because it might lead to you getting terminated or reprimanded.
