Pros

Working from home for a team that is constantly striving to push forward and be better everyday. The culture and energy really motivates the entire team. They know how to treat their employees well. Every time I think back on my old mundane routine of the commute and 9-5 lifestyles, I can't help but be extremely grateful!

Cons

Internal Communication can be very poor. Marketing Team and Partners will often silo off from everyone else, make big decisions and managers and front line are made aware as offers are going live that they will be delivering big promises with little to no time to prepare.

Cons

We adapt a lot, if you hate change and want to be doing the exact same thing for your whole career, this is the wrong environment. The pace of change can be quick so you need to be able to roll with changes.
