This is possibly the most disorganized and toxic company I've ever been in. All the negative reviews here are true and I experienced it first hand. If you end up working with the CEO (Russell Brunson) you won't be respected. All the work you do he throws out and then just does his own thing, even if it doesn't perform or have any ROI. He has zero trust in his team and is always looking for the next shiny object. All around a toxic work culture that doesn't promote leadership, teamwork or accountability, which is 100% top down. This won't ever change because Russell won't change. Oh, also the company is hemorrhaging members so they keep doing layoffs. I would recommend finding a company who is growing, not one that is slowly dying. Clickfunnels will be out of business soon.
