Pros

The product/offering has a huge technical scope. There will always be work and room to learn should you choose to work here mid-term and long-term. Management is very transparent in their reasons for doing things. Management is very passionate but also have a clear strategy for the company. The overall vibe is always positive and welcoming. It feels like being part of a big family.

Cons

The R&D department feels understaffed. We need more developers. You can work from home any time you like. Excellent employment benefits.

Pros

The front line teams are hard working, but severely overworked.

Cons

Job security is a concern: The company initially stated there would be no more layoffs after the first round in March of 2024, but just three months later, another round of layoffs occurred in July. Toxic executive leadership: The executive team, driven by personal connections, fosters a toxic work environment. There’s a lack of direction and support from the top, with a focus on self-interest. No US culture: The company has no meaningful culture, especially for those outside of Ireland. If you're not based there, you're essentially invisible and excluded from any sense of community or belonging. Significant downsizing: The U.S. team has been reduced significantly over the last year, contributing to a sense of instability. Focus on cost-saving over innovation: The parent company prioritizes cost reductions rather than investing in growth or innovation. Declining business: Overall business performance has been shrinking, leading to concerns about the company’s future.
