Good company to work for

- Not many positives, aside from the people (co workers were some of the best I've ever worked with)

- Completely bound by their inability to move into the 21st century as technology advances - You're primarily selling posters and print materials - no way to sugar coat it - Leadership was completely removed and company is now being managed remotely by Corp offices elsewhere - Comp heavily weighted towards commission with sometimes unreasonable goals - Old antiquated systems, business approaches - New talent coming in the door is seldom taken seriously and listened to
