Clement Communications interview questions

Cursory phone screens, and sit down interviews with managers and peers. Nothing out of the ordinary, but the peer interviews were the most stressful as they often contained loaded questions and were designed to exert dominance over new candidates (at least the marginal employees were that way). The company traditionally rewarded tenure and loyalty, so the managers were not what I would consider to be very talented or capable.
