I was a full time front-end developer at Clearly for over 3 years in the IT department. I worked within the ecommerce team: - Fun team, work hard / play hard attitude. Shared many laughs with this team - A relaxed, social environment - Use of popular frameworks technologies such as React and Adobe Experience Manager - Opportunity to learn from other team members. Actively encouraged and facilitated learning - Strong focus on professional development with annual goals setting and paths to them - It's a social company in general. Cons
No major cons to share, however a few things which were noticeable: - Marketing direction seemed to be lacking. Although I worked within the IT dept, it didn't feel like there was a strong marketing road map
