As you know, we did an employee engagement survey where the voice of the employees was received loud and clear. Please know the leadership team is actively working with every layer of management to create action plans to address the feedback.
Plenty of hours between 75 to 80 hours a week minimum. Good place to get experience as a stepping stone.
Cons
You're always on call it is mandatory that you work three weekends a month both Saturday and Sunday including the 5-day work weeks Monday through Friday Technician. As a coordinator you work 6 day work weeks Sunday through Friday you only get Saturdays off it's a salary based position so you get no compensation if you work over 8 hours a day as a coordinator and you will work more than 8 hours a day your minimum will be 12 to 14 hours a day up to a maximum of 18 hours a day regularly.
