      Environmental work is rewarding, good hard working people at the branches, working with customers

      Upper Management! They have no clue what is going on and everyone is so busy covering their rear or kissing Alan McKims' that no one can make an informed decision. All they are doing is throwing programs that are not well thought out to the field to execute hoping that something makes them look good while overworking the people carrying the company. Good people are leaving everyday because of the decisions 6 people are making. Not much to say about the level below these 6 either.

      Pros

      Plenty of hours between 75 to 80 hours a week minimum. Good place to get experience as a stepping stone.

      Cons

      You're always on call it is mandatory that you work three weekends a month both Saturday and Sunday including the 5-day work weeks Monday through Friday Technician. As a coordinator you work 6 day work weeks Sunday through Friday you only get Saturdays off it's a salary based position so you get no compensation if you work over 8 hours a day as a coordinator and you will work more than 8 hours a day your minimum will be 12 to 14 hours a day up to a maximum of 18 hours a day regularly.
