Good company to work for overall but has its downfalls - Tutor ClassTutor Employee Review

I enjoyed work and the onboarding process was smooth.

The pay was not very nice.

Lessons are pre-made slides so there's minimal lesson prep The pay was very good for the work being done

I applied since the job advert specifically requested a year 12/13 tutor for maths. Once I got the position, I was given year 7 classes, then removed only a few weeks later as it didn't play to my strengths. I then had several opportunities to take year 12/13 classes (some were directly sent to me) and I never even got a response from the same people who offered those classes to me. I would strongly recommend working for a company that values your skill sets and provides you with work that they promised to give to you.
