      Pros

      What a great bunch of people, incredible sales story and a great supporting team to drive our collective success. I love our C-Suite and they have really helped guide us over this tricky time and I have faith everything is headed in the right direction.

      Cons

      I have to score 2 stars as it is obvious that international could be growing more and we need to dive into the real reason why which is the lack of SaaS experience from the local leadership. Most of the the team are semi-demotivated as our successes are just used to manage upwards for one individual to shine versus the rest of the team.

That should tell you everything you need to know - Frequent territory and book reshuffling (lost ~60% of customer base), creating instability and limiting long-term account strategy - Compensation plan changes year-over-year that reduce earning potential and create misalignment with actual effort/results (it's designed to pay as LITTLE as possible) - Expansion quotas significantly increased while account growth potential declined(up 300% from last year with a 60% reduction in customers) - Early-stage payout mechanics (sub-51% attainment) along with more decelerators - Leadership communication around comp changes and strategy lacks transparency and consistency
