Managers are look out for the company's bottom line and try to cut assignments right under you if another investigator will be in area so that they do not have to cut save money. Managers have a 24-hour rule on reports, regardless of due date, little consideration for personal/family life. They are a big BOTTOM LINE company. Little room for error. You need to be on managers good graces or you may see a deduction in case load, as they assign your cases.
