Interview was both phone and in person. They were both a joke. They go over your resume with you and ask a couple of basic scenarios, which involve them asking you in a roundabout way, if you would tell them if a fellow employee was lying. They tell you how much you can make and give you a printout of a "CVI Week". This week has you working every day, 67.5 in all. They tell you of how you can work your own schedule, not really true, and make money. They tell you after probationary period ends, you will have a review and be able to state your case for a higher salary. LIE!!! You go from $15 to $15.50 an hour. THANKS!! I They are in such need of bodies that I could have said I was Bin Ladens brother and it was a go.
