Pros
Lots of room to grow. Could initiate projects because some processes weren't built out or they were inefficient. You could contribute in ways outside of your job title. The frequent micro -level performance review system may feel a bit stifling to some but it also prevents any effort from you from getting lost in the shuffle. If you tell management what you want and what role you want to advance to, and know you work hard and do good work, it won't go unrewarded. You can get a significant bonus and be promoted as long as you advocate for yourself.
Cons
Quarterly T2B2s, meaning quarterly feedback on self by self and from manager. There were rigid grading systems both on alignment with company values, how well you did against metrics, and soft skills etc. It was very micro level grading and it can feel stifling.
