The interview team was professional and the conversations themselves were positive. However, the hiring process was extremely lengthy, involving multiple interview rounds and a detailed take-home case study that required a significant time commitment. After investing considerable effort into the interview process and submission, the final communication was a generic rejection email with no personalized feedback. Given the amount of work requested from candidates, I would have appreciated either a brief feedback call or at least some specific comments on areas for improvement. My recommendation would be to either streamline the interview process or provide more meaningful feedback to candidates who reach the final stages.
