Pros

All the pros of working as a Premier Advisor has gone away with the elimination of the role.

Cons

With the elimination of the Premier Advisory program. WCC have become entry level call center employees, that are required to call from 9am to 5pm. No more building relationships with clients. No more branch partnerships, No more colleague partnerships with the financial advisors. It's all been taken away, with the results it is near impossible to get any incentive anymore and you are left feeling alone. If for some reason you do have a sale, the bank will find every way possible to not pay you for the hard work you did. Leadership only cares about widgets now as sales are non existent due to calling clients that do not pick up or fit within wealth. The bank has lost almost all their top and most experienced advisors including their top management colleagues due to these changes. Those that are left, are all considering leaving. Citizens truly has lost its vision and because of this change their clients will end up suffering.

Pros

The pros are the benefits, the pay could be higher for all that you learn and have to go through for ten weeks. They offer tuition assistance and opportunity for upskilling and advancing in such little time and the remote flexibility is great too

Cons

Management sucks and of course they have their favorites and then they have the people they target like myself. They micromanage bad and are quick to give you an occurrence for nothing. Their systems are so slow and then they blame you for being five ten minutes late logging in. They want you to tell them when you get up to breathe, go to the bathroom and they push for you to take calls and know boatloads of info after on 3 weeks of training. What they don’t know is that I will sue for any wrong doings or discrimination and I keep records of everything
