They used to pay good quarterly bonuses, not so much starting in 2014 though with the change to P&L structure.
Cons
You trip over all of the processes and have no time to truly coach your staff the right way. Universal platform now which means no Teller Manager and no help on compliance side you either sink or swim. Upper management is on a firing spree be very wary before going there!
