Bosses are not accountable for the horrible treatment of employees or customers at all. HR will cover for them and give you the run around, or blame you in the end. They say they are all about the customer satisfaction, but the programs in place are not customer friendly at all. You really need to understand a customer does not like to wait, nor does the customer like a bad attitude. It is not an inconvenience to take care of customers!! You were hired to take care of the customers!!
