Very laid back environment due to the high level of nepotism and people not actually qualified for the roles they are in.
Cons
Due to the high rate of under qualified employees, for those actually having a real skillset/ qualifications, they will be slammed with work to make up for the majority that work there as a result of living on the same street, brother, sister, daughter, etc. Highest nepotism and foreign colleagues from India out of 5 former employers ever seen. The Indians are definitely taking over, in droves. A few are in CTO and comparable roles, allowing them to open the door to bring in swarms of their people. They are paid more than American citizens, for a fact, due to law requiring the position and salary be posted when extended to a non-US citizen.
