Pros

The incentive for tellers is nice if your branch has a good customer survey satisfaction. The hours are nice.

Cons

Management is beyond unprofessional. You cannot express any of your concerns in confidence because either the manager will threaten insubordination or the manager will tell the rest of the branch or other managers. You either are forced to go to HR or sit quietly. If you don’t like being micromanaged, I highly recommend you don’t work here. You will have someone breathing down your neck every day. Colleagues are cut throat and make up appointments just to make the impossible goals. Lots of drama at branches and between branches. If you don’t give a customer their way on breaking policy, they just call the customer service line and get their way. It creates nasty customers who yell and scream at you because you won’t rebate their fee for the 10th time in the past couple months or break policy. They say they promote within but they don’t. They always bring in outside people. I worked my butt off for a couple years and never got promoted into a better position.

Pros

The pros are the benefits, the pay could be higher for all that you learn and have to go through for ten weeks. They offer tuition assistance and opportunity for upskilling and advancing in such little time and the remote flexibility is great too

Cons

Management sucks and of course they have their favorites and then they have the people they target like myself. They micromanage bad and are quick to give you an occurrence for nothing. Their systems are so slow and then they blame you for being five ten minutes late logging in. They want you to tell them when you get up to breathe, go to the bathroom and they push for you to take calls and know boatloads of info after on 3 weeks of training. What they don’t know is that I will sue for any wrong doings or discrimination and I keep records of everything
